Returns:
Unhappy with a product? We will be happy to exchange or refund if you contact with us within 15 days. We cannot accept returned merchandise without prior approval. Returns may be subject to a 15% handling charge. You may return your order to one of our retail store locations for easier convenience. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION.
Damages or Shortages:
We will be happy to replace any products damaged in transit or missing from your order if you note the damage or shortage on the freight bill before signing. Count the number of cartons to be sure the full shipment is being delivered. Inspect cartons for broken seals or other freight damage. A freight carrier's liability is limited to claims reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If you encounter difficulties, please call us within 7 days so we may assist you.
